If your going to build a sim or whatnot, DO NOT BUILD ON MAINLAND!!!
Its going to be attacked by griefers from all directions! Make it on an Island! It costs abit more, but its worth it!
Be sure to be strict with rules, even if its a pain in the ass.
Get great admins! Make sure they know whats what and know how to deal with dumbasses!
Make sure the sim has a good story behind it, story and depth are EVERYTHING to Roleplayers!
